Aloha and welcome to my Web site! My name is Stanley Chang, and I am running for Honolulu City Council in District 4, spanning from Ala Moana to Hawaii Kai. I'm running to bring a FRESH VISION to Honolulu: a city government that is responsible and responsive. It's about government that innovatively and proactively develops solutions to community priorities in the most efficient way possible. That's the kind of leadership you deserve.

Public service is my life's work. Both my parents came from China with nothing, and they worked hard to give me opportunities that I could never have had anywhere else in the world. This is why I am devoting all of my energy and passion to serving the community that has given me so much.
